Lot Mob - Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2025-09-22

Welcome to Lot Mob. By using our website, apps, or dealer platform ("Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind that company. If you don't agree, please do not use the Services.

  1. What Lot Mob Is

Lot Mob is a dealer-to-dealer platform that helps licensed dealers buy, sell, and spotlight inventory without auctions or transaction fees. Consumers may submit vehicles for offers through dealers on the platform.

  2. Who Can Use It

You must be 18 or older to use the Services. Dealers must hold all required licenses and follow applicable laws. You're responsible for anyone using your account (employees, contractors, etc.).

  3. Your Account

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

  4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

    • Breaking the law, spamming, harassing, or misleading others.
    • Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security.
    • Uploading illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
    • Using the platform to circumvent deals or misrepresent vehicle condition.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

  5. Fees

Lot Mob currently operates with no auction fees and no transaction fees for platform deals unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific feature. You are responsible for taxes, title/registration, transport, reconditioning, and any third-party carrier/SMS/industry fees tied to your activity.

  6. Listings, Offers & Condition Reports

Dealers control their buy lists and spotlight aged units. For consumer vehicles, a dealer may request a Condition Report from the seller before making an offer. All offers are at the dealer's discretion and may include additional dealer terms (inspection, payoff, title status, etc.). Dealers are solely responsible for compliance with state and federal rules (e.g., disclosures, forms, tax/DMV filings).

  7. Data & Privacy

You own your content and data; you grant Lot Mob permission to use it to run and improve the Services (routing, notifications, fraud prevention, analytics). We may aggregate and anonymize data to understand usage and improve features. We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload personal data you are not authorized to share.

  8. Intellectual Property

The Services (software, design, trademarks, etc.) are the property of Lot Mob. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services while complying with these Terms. You must not copy, resell, or build a competing service using our intellectual property.

  9. Third-Party Tools

We may integrate third-party tools for communications, payments, identity, or logistics. Those tools may have separate terms; you are responsible for reviewing them. Lot Mob is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

  10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Lot Mob does not guarantee uninterrupted service, approval of any transaction, specific pricing, or sale velocity. You make your own business decisions and vehicle valuations.

  11. Liability Limit

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lot Mob will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (lost profits, lost data, downtime, etc.). Lot Mob's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Lot Mob in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

  12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or for operational reasons. After termination, your license ends and we may delete your data consistent with our policies and applicable law.

  13. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Texas law (without regard to conflicts of law rules). Venue: courts in Dallas County, Texas (state or federal). Before initiating formal legal action, we agree to attempt informal resolution; if needed, we will participate in mediation in Dallas within 60 days of written notice.

  14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced (e.g., on the site or via email). Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
